SEO without the BS

I'm the friend you call when you're tired of agencies charging you $3K a month for a PDF nobody reads.

I’m Tab. I help small businesses rank, convert, and stop wasting money on marketing that sounds smart but doesn’t sell anything. No 80-page audits. No vanity metrics. No “it takes 12 months to see results” excuses. We fix what’s broken, double down on what works, and we move.

Here's What You're Actually Paying For.

Most SEO people will hand you a report and call it a day. I’m not most SEO people. I’ll tell you which three things on your site are actively costing you money, fix them this week, and explain it like we’re on a Zoom in sweatpants, because we probably are. I’m competitive. I want your business to win. And I genuinely think it’s fun to outrank your competitors.

Your SEO Coach & Consultant

I’m the SEO girl your business consultant doesn’t want you to meet.

I got into this because I watched too many small business owners get steamrolled by agencies who charged them five figures for “strategy” and delivered a Google Doc. That’s not strategy. That’s a book report.

I run Tab Row (and Twinning Pros with my sister) because I believe small businesses deserve the same SEO firepower the big guys get, without the gatekeeping, the inflated retainers, or the corporate fog. I’m competitive on your behalf. I want you to outrank the people you’re tired of losing to. And I’ll tell you the truth about your site even when it stings, because that’s what a real friend does.

If you want someone who’ll be polite and vague, I’m not it. If you want someone who’ll get in the trenches and get it done, hi, I’m Tab.

SEO COACHING

SEO coaching for the business owners who'd rather learn it than get talked down to about it. If you've ever sat through an SEO call and walked away more confused than when you started, that's not on you. That's on the industry. SEO has been gatekept behind jargon, inflated retainers, and "experts" who can't show you a single result for years. I'm here to undo that.Coaching with me is straight talk. We figure out where your site stands, what's actually broken, and what's quietly costing you traffic and leads. Then I teach you how to fix it, in language that sounds like a friend explaining it, not a SaaS sales deck.I've coached psychiatrists, plastic surgeons, vacation rental brands, private chefs, wedding professionals, accountants, wellness brands, real estate businesses, and a long list of local service providers. None of them got the same playbook. Cookie-cutter SEO is why most small businesses are invisible online, and I refuse to run mine that way.Whether you're building from scratch, cleaning up a mess, or ready to seriously go after your competitors, there's a coaching path built for where you actually are.

Best for: Business owners ready to seriously go after their SEO, or who want hands-on accountability while they build the habit.

Website Design

Pretty websites that don't rank are just expensive business cards.

Most small business websites are built backwards. The designer makes it gorgeous, hands it off, and a year later the business owner is wondering why their "beautiful" site hasn't brought in a single lead. I've seen it happen too many times to count, and it's usually why people end up in my DMs.

I build websites the other way around. SEO, structure, and strategy come first. Design comes second (and yes, it still ends up gorgeous, that's the bare minimum). Your site should make people trust you in the first three seconds, find what they need without thinking about it, and take action without you having to chase them down.

I've designed for psychiatrists, plastic surgeons, vacation rental brands, private chefs, wedding professionals, accountants, wellness brands, real estate businesses, and a long list of local service providers. None of them got the same template. Your business doesn't run like anyone else's, so your website shouldn't either.Whether you need a refresh, a rebuild, or a full transformation, there's a package built for where you actually are.

SEO + Implementation Packages

Most SEO reports go straight to the inbox graveyard. Mine come with a fix-it plan, and the option to have me do it.

You've probably paid for an SEO audit before. Maybe more than one. And if you're being honest, most of them are sitting in a folder you haven't opened since the day they landed. That's not your fault. Most audits are written to look impressive, not to actually be used.

I do it the other way around. You get a clear list of what's broken, what's costing you traffic and leads, and what to fix first. From there, you've got two options: take the playbook and run with it, or hand it back to me and I'll roll up my sleeves and implement the priorities for you. Either way, the audit doesn't die in your downloads folder.

I've done this for psychiatrists, plastic surgeons, vacation rental brands, private chefs, wedding professionals, accountants, wellness brands, real estate businesses, and a long list of local service providers. Different industries, different competitors, different goals, but the same outcome: a site that's actually built to rank, not just exist.

Whether you need a foundation cleanup, a stronger growth push, or a full visibility overhaul, there's a package built for where your site actually is right now.

Let's Talk

Want an SEO guest who won’t put your audience to sleep?

I’m here for it. Podcasts, conferences, webinars, virtual summits, guest posts, brand collabs, the whole thing. I’ll talk SEO, AI, small business marketing, and the stuff most “experts” won’t say out loud, in a way your audience can actually use the next morning.

No script-reading. No corporate filler. No vague “you should optimize your content” advice. Just real talk about what’s working right now, what’s a waste of money, and how small business owners can stop getting bulldozed by bigger budgets and louder marketing.

Bring me on for:

  • Podcasts
  • Conferences
  • Webinars
  • Guest blog posts
  • Brand partnerships
  • Virtual summits
  • Or honestly, anything where you need someone to make SEO make sense

My Processes

Clear, strategic, and built to keep you in the loop. I believe SEO should make sense to the business owner too, not just the person doing the work. That means we look at what matters, focus on the biggest opportunities first, and build a plan you can actually understand. You will see the strategy, the progress, and the purpose behind each step. No fluff, no gatekeeping, and no confusing jargon.

1. Roast Your Site

Before we change a single thing, I dig into what’s actually happening on your website. What’s ranking, what’s invisible, what’s quietly bleeding traffic, and what’s making people bounce before they ever see your offer. I look at the technical stuff (site speed, indexing, structure), the on-page stuff (titles, headers, content gaps), and the off-page stuff (your backlink profile, your local presence, what your competitors are doing better). You’ll get the unfiltered version. If something’s broken, I’ll tell you. If something’s working, I’ll tell you that too. No sugar-coating, no “everything looks great!” emails when it doesn’t.

2. Pick the Fights Worth Picking

Here’s what most SEO people won’t tell you: not every issue on your site matters. Some of the stuff that audits flag is technically a problem but practically a nothingburger. I prioritize ruthlessly. We focus on the fixes that move actual money, the keywords that have real intent behind them, and the pages that are closest to converting. The 80/20 stuff. We’re not chasing perfection, we’re chasing leads, calls, and bookings. If a fix isn’t going to change your business in some real way, it goes to the bottom of the list.

3. Fix the Stuff That Pays

Once we’ve picked the fights, we go in. Depending on the package, I’ll either implement the priority fixes for you or walk you through doing them yourself. We start with the highest-impact stuff first, the changes that compound, the ones that move rankings within weeks instead of months. Title tags, internal linking, content rewrites, technical cleanup, local SEO, whatever’s been holding your site back from punching at its actual weight. Every fix is documented, explained, and tied to a reason. You’ll know what we did and why we did it, not just what changed.

4. Build the Lead

Once your site is competing, we keep the pressure on. This is where most SEO efforts die because people stop after the cleanup. I don’t. We start expanding. New content built for the keywords your competitors are sleeping on, internal links that push authority to the pages that convert, optimization for the searches that are actually bringing in business. We pay attention to what’s working and double down. SEO compounds when you stop treating it like a one-time project and start treating it like an ongoing edge.

5. Stay Ranked

Ranking is one thing. Staying ranked is the harder game. Algorithms shift, competitors copy your moves, and Google adds new rules every quarter. I’ll set you up with what you need to keep the lead, whether that’s a maintenance plan with me, a clear DIY playbook you can run yourself, or a hybrid of both. The goal is never to make you dependent on me. The goal is to make sure your business isn’t dependent on luck.

Frequently Asked Questions

SEO, website design, content strategy, and the kind of practical marketing support most agencies don’t bother with because it’s not billable enough. The short version: I help small business owners get found online, look credible when they get there, and turn that traffic into actual revenue.

Yes, and honestly, that’s the unfair advantage. Most designers don’t understand SEO. Most SEO people can’t design. When the same person is doing both, your site doesn’t just look good, it’s built to rank from day one. No retrofitting. No hoping the designer didn’t break something.

Entrepreneurs, local businesses, and service-based brands. I’ve worked with psychiatrists, plastic surgeons, fishing charters, vacation rental brands, private chefs, accountants, wellness businesses, real estate professionals, and a long list of others. Different industries, same goal: get found, get trusted, get booked.

Yes. Local SEO is one of my favorite things to work on because the wins are fast and visible. If you’re a service business trying to outrank the competitor down the street (or across the city), that’s exactly the kind of work I’m built for.

Yes. Coaching is for the business owners who’d rather learn SEO than outsource it forever. We meet on calls, you get an audit and a strategy, and you can message me between sessions when something breaks or you’re not sure if a “guru” on TikTok knows what they’re talking about. (Usually they don’t.)

Then we work with what you’ve got. I’ll review what’s actually serving you, what’s quietly costing you, and whether you need a tune-up, a refresh, or a full rebuild. I’m not going to push a redesign you don’t need. That’s a waste of your money and my time.

Yes. A pretty website without SEO is an expensive business card. It might impress people who already know about you, but it’s not going to find you new customers. SEO is what turns your website from a brochure into a lead-generating machine.

Yes. I’m based in Florida, but I work with clients across the country. Most of what we do happens over Zoom and Slack-style chat anyway, so location is a non-issue.

Honest, fast, and direct. I’ll tell you what’s wrong, what’s working, and what to do next, without burying it in jargon or padding it out to look impressive. I move quickly, I respond to messages, and I’m not afraid to push back if I think you’re about to make a bad call. If you want a “yes” person, I’m not it.

Easiest way to figure it out: tell me what’s going on and I’ll tell you what makes sense. Some businesses need coaching. Some need implementation. Some need a new website before any of the SEO work matters. There’s no “wrong” entry point, but there’s almost always a right one for where you are right now.

Both. Some of my work is one-and-done (audits, website builds, foundation fixes). Some is ongoing (coaching, maintenance, longer-term strategy). It depends on what you actually need, not what’s most convenient to sell you.

Send me a message through the contact form or shoot me an email. We’ll have a real conversation about where your business is, what you’re trying to fix, and whether we’re a good fit. No high-pressure pitch, no “limited time offer” nonsense. Just a conversation.
